Building a New Home?
Most home builders are reputable and market good quality products.
However, even the best builder can make mistakes.
Obviously, home builders depend on selling homes.
Unfortunately, their sales sometimes exceed their capability to build.
This can result in rushed jobs - mistakes, cover-ups, and just sloppy work.
Errors and omissions made early in the construction process can lead to
much bigger problems later on.

Building a new home is an exciting time in anyone's life. Yet most buyers don't
understand the construction process enough to know if mistakes are being made.
Homes are expensive - will you get your money's worth?
Jaron Inspection Services offers a three-phase new home inspection package to help buyers survive the construction "jungle".
Inspection 1 - at the completion of framing. Inspection includes foundation, framing, roof, windows, doors, floors - all exterior and interior structural components.

Inspection 2 - prior to drywall. Inspection of rough mechanicals; plumbing, electric, HVAC, ductwork, and insulation. Once the drywall goes on, these are out of sight forever!

Inspection 3 - prior to final walkthrough. A complete final inspection of the home listing all items to be corrected before closing.
